1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting your email address to join The Human Network waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our waitlist service.
2. The Waitlist Service
The current iteration of this website is solely for the purpose of collecting interest and maintaining a waitlist for the upcoming launch of The Human Network platform. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee entry into the beta program, nor does it establish a continuous service contract. We reserve the right to manage waitlist invitations at our sole discretion.
3. Pre-Launch Status Disclaimer
The Human Network is currently in active development. All features, architecture mechanics, and product descriptions listed on the landing page are forward-looking hypotheses and subject to change before final release. We do not warrant that the final released product will exactly match current public descriptions.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Human Network and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the waitlist, or from any data breach beyond our reasonable control.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Future Terms
Prior to the launch of the active social networking platform, members of the waitlist will be required to agree to a comprehensive new Terms of Service and End User License Agreement that covers user generated content, cryptographic verification, and community guidelines.
